Clemens Toussaint Treasurer Clemens Toussaint is an independent art historian who is a specialist in restitution matters. As research counsel and funding manager, he has directed various restitution projects in the visual arts for collectors, artist's estates, museums and state boards in Europe and in the U.S. Since the end of the iron curtain he has been counsel to the Kazimir Malevich and the El Lissitzky estates. Mr. Toussaint is responsible for winning donors to support independent research and science in the field of the Russian Avant-Garde.
